Default CRX HF with B16A starting problems

I searched on this but didn't find anything like what was going on with mine. I just finished the swap and I went to start it today and it cranked and cranked, it finally fired after I heald my foot on the gas and it idled like ****. I took my foot off and it died right away. I went to start it again and it fired without having to hold my foot down, but it died after a few seconds. It bogs like hell when you try to rev it also. There are no codes thrown either. Any suggestions on what to check? Similar thing happened to my buddy's DA Integra and it was the injectors, but I'm not thinking this is. Any help is appreciated.

Raise the idle and see what happens.

That won't help, it sounds like a lawnmower at idle and when you try to rev it it bogs really bad and doesn't want to rev.

check to see the timing belt isnt off a tooth, distributor rotor is melted and warped away from the contacts and plug wires arent breaking down. did the problem just happen one day or did it occur over a period of time?

Today was the first time I fired it up. The distributor is fine, we had it on my buddy's GSR in a 4th gen and it worked fine. Timing is on also.

It's a PR3 with the stock OBD0 injectors. I know the O2 sensors are switched, I need to fix those, but it shouldn't matter for start up. All grounds are good.

Well got it running right. Has a rod knock from hell. Good thing there is a 90 day warranty.
