Default how to fix my camber and hatch

i have a 90crx si and i was i just did alignment on my car and my rear wheels are still really bad my car is slammed from the rear like an inch low from the wheel and i was wondering do i need a camber kit cus i dont exactly have one and would it make a difference. and also i have a leaky hatch when i drive in the freeway and its raining hard water leaks in my hatch and i wanna know how can i stop that someone help me please.. thanks

a ghetto camber kit for the rear is to shim the upper control arm mount away from the unibody with longer grade 8 bolts and washers. each washer is around 3/4 degree. otherwise, adjustable links.
