Default Fuel in the #1 Cyl Need help ASAP

I thought I wasnt getting spark to the #1 cylinder, but i am. So i took out the spark plug, completely black covered in fuel while #2, 3, 4 are good. so i changed it, fired it up, same thing.

My car has been running on 3 cylinders every once in a while, like it will go back and forth, its very random. When it is 3 cyl, all i smell is fuel, and i blow alot of smoke out of my exhaust. Im thinking becasue the spark plug is so soaked in gas that its not firing correctly, and all the fuel thats not being burnt in the #1 cylinder is going out my exhaust. It chuggs like crazy, and im burning up gas like nobodies business.

The problem started since i was at the track, and i ran a fuel pressure of 48 on a stock y7/y8 mini me with pg7 ecu. Now I heard its possible to blow a seal running too much fuel in a sohc?

any experience/help needed, 3 cylinders sucks.

try swapping the faulty injector into another cylinder and see if the problem persists. could be a faulty pintle not returning or junk in the pintle seat. gumout regane injector cleaner.

i tried using a spare injector i had and cleaned all of them. the problem is solved for now, but i think theres a possibility that i may have blown a piston ring, and its causing the #1 cylinder to run rich, causing the injector to be black, as well as the spark plug.
