7 bolts to take off the center panel, pry off the corner panels. Push the new ones back in.

Like it says, replace all the clips when you install the new one. Those things are made of Super Honda Extra Brittle Plastic that has been curing in the heat and cold for over 14 years. Honda worked very hard to make your life difficult, and the least you could to is oblige them this simple request.

BAHAHA.... i love that picture. makes it look so easy. on mine, as soon as i pulled the rubber back to shove pliers in there, the clips snapped. they're the worst clips. if anyone can successfully remove those panels without breaking anything, i'll paypal you a cookie.

to add insult to injury, honda doesn't sell just the clips... you have to replace the whole little window thing. which isn't terrible, 'cuz then you have a nice new window with nice new rubber and clips. but it's about $80-$90 that you'll hate spending once you break those clips.
