the mugen header is a FAKE. RUN AWAY FROM IT.

If it says mugen and cost less than about 900 dollars its a fake.

Mugen only comes in stainless. That, is a sticker on a cermic header.

I think someone on this site posted about this header before. It is a DC replica. Not bad for the price.

Expect the sticker to burn off in a matter of minutes. I remember the dude saying that in his post.

GaRn just made a review a couple of weeks ago about his Megan header that he got from ebay. Had nothing but good things to say about it.

friend of mine bought the megan one, it didnt come with bolts to connect both sections nor a gasket for between teh 2 sections.

then he went to put it on and the thing was bent so much that the A pipe was in contact with his oil pan.

mugen=costs way too much. if you see anything from them under 1000 dollars, it's probably fake. their oil caps probably cost like 9 million dollars.

i hv the OBX header, can't say it's good or not, but i got a good deal. it's on my car more than a yr now. no problem, just don't bolt the little triangle holder on the downpipe to the block is fine, they will break like the DC one. i somehow port match those runner. i can say it should be better than stock(lighter and it's a SS). for the price..it's not bad. anyway i will change to Fujisubo later cuz i hv a friend with a used one

the one you saw was probably either a reading mistake for "megan", or one of those fake mugens, either way....they probably wont fall apart, but dont expect much for gains.....

frozenb:
will you post some pics of that fujitsubo....the internet is lacking in them as far as i can find.....

I think the obx header for the h22 is a replica of the greddy header, but im not totally sure. Correct me if im wrong.

That Mugen is fake, and DC Sports suck.

I had a DC Sports on my lude, and on the dyno I got no gains over stock.

Here is what the difference is between the OBX and greddy:

OBX i saw on ebay:
http://www.fuzionetics.com/ebay/H92116_5.JPG

Greddy:
http://www.modacar.com/Merchan...r.jpg

I noticed that the greddy's 2nd pipe pertruded outward more than the obx, the first and fourth pipe are switched on both headers 2nd/3rd pipe same thing. Do you think it makes a difference on the location of the pipes for any type of performance?
