Default ITR suspension question

Comparing an ITR suspension to RS or LS suspension, how much better is it?
and, would it be a good upgrade? (costs as well, ive seen them let go w/ springs for 150. Is that average?)

searched forums with alot of different keywords and didnt find anything about itr suspension info

Thanks guys

lot better, springs are 50 % stiffer ( correct me if I am wrong ) shock damping is 60 % stiffer ans bushings are 500 % stiffer than the ls... I took this information on team-integra.net

Remember, you will need to get the ITR lower control arms as well, since the ITR rear shocks will not mount to LS control arms. I got mine from jdmtheory; they have good prices on the parts you will need.

Also, you might want to factor in another ~100 bucks for a sawzall, since that is most likely what you are going to need to get those rear bolts off.

You may also want to get the ITR sway bar. This, combined with the ITR shocks, is really a great setup. Not too stiff, not too low, and handles worlds better than stock.
