Default Help with d16y7 swap!

Hey, Im swapping a d16y7 long block into my 88 dx. Although, im not sure what this plug is for:

the crank position sensor (i think thats what it's called) on OBD2 motors is there but in your car it's in your dizzy, so you'll have no problems without that wire hooked up

Nope.

This plugf is for the crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor. OBDII cars use this sensor in addition to the crankshaft position sensor in the distributer rather than instead of it.
