I bought the Spoon N1 Damper Coilover Kit from a friend's friend. The original owner went back to the stock ITR suspension, but didn't have the stock upper mounts, so he kept the Spoon ones. So, at this point, I have the dampers and the springs, but need the upper mounts to install the suspension.

I guess it was a mistake to not check ahead of time, as I thought maybe the stock upper mounts that I have would work with the Spoons (they don't).

I searched google and there's only 2-3 Spoon distributors I could find. None of them list the front/rear upper mounts as a separate part. I really need to get these urgently, and install the suspension. Can anyone assist?

Are you sure they don't fit? If the guy kept the spoon mounts for his stock set up then yours should work. They look like stock ones to me in the picture but i could be wrong.

Yeah, it wasn't that hard to figure out. We decided to do the rears first, as they're easier. Took the upper mount out of one of the stock dampers, tried to assemble it onto the Spoon damper, and it just wouldn't fit.

That's why initially, I thought it would fit, because the other guy used the Spoons for the stock suspension.

Bump, come on folks, I have a $2000 suspension, and I can't install it because I need the upper mounts. I could really use some help here.

BTW, e-mail sent to Mike at IPS, waiting for a response.

Any additional help/pointers would be appreciated.
