Ok, I have a 95 Accord and the factory radio isn't working, I have the radio code but that isn't the problem. The problem is that the radio won't even flash code on it when i turn it on, its like its dead. I have checked the fuses and that isn't the problem either. I thought that the radio was the problem but i have the factory one out of my integra and it does the same thing when i hook it up. Does anyone have any ideas. I don't understand why the anti-theft light on the radio blinks (so its getting power) but the radio is not responding. What else should i look for?

P.S. if this is any help my cigarette lighter isn't getting power either.

 

you have a blown fuse. Under the hood. There is a fuse that will kill the dome light, door lights, cig lighter, ect.
