Default Im getting worried with my setup--Suggestions FI GuRus :)

Ive been sleeping a little bit on my motor setup so Ill kinda start over on what is going on in my life yadda yadda.

I rebuilt a obd0 b16 for boost:
b16
polish/balanced crank
rebore 0.5mm, mis machine work
civic type r crank pulley (No PS+AC)
acl bearnings
eagle rods w/arp fasteners
cp 9:1 81.5mm pistons
itr water pump
ls/gsr/itr oil pump
Race Eng. Block Guard
AEBS Head Studs
port polish, milled, misc head work
supertech valves (dished top, black nitrate coding)
supertech retainers
supertech springs
gsr cams
skunk2 cam gears
obd0-obd1 conversion harness
p28 ecu
uBerdata
Bored/Rebuilt TB 62mm-68mm
RevHard Intake manifold
D1 fuel rail
Whole motor gasket set (oem; stone)
Full Race Traction bar
Prothane motor mount inserts
Autozone Dual Core 94-97 Del Sol Radiator

Everything is assembled and waiting for me on a motor stand in the garage. I got in a bad wreck in Aug 2004 and long story short I have about 10% motion with my right arm. I can still drive and Im ready to get this motor swaped in and get the turbo kit going.

I got my first settlement check for the wreck last week. 18k. I want to stay right around 5k on the turbo kit and tunning if i can get away with it.

I was hoping to run a equal length manifold, 3'' dt, ecut out, probably 880s and I thought about jumping on the SC61 bandwagon or since i have the money maybe a garrett gtr turbo.

My goals were 400whp@15psi but Ive been reading dyno sheets latelly and Im starting to lose faith in my tiny 1.6.

So my questions to you guys is this.... Im dreaming to hit 400whp on stock sleeves? Any suggestions to my kit?

Ahhh lets see here, first I would get rid of the civic type r crank pulley and get a stock one or even better a fuidamper pully on it.
Get 1000cc precision injectors so you never have to worry about that in the long run.

If your looking for that kind of power you need a really nice turbo kit, like full race or you can also go with a log style inline pro manifold with other components.
3" dp and exhaust is a must.
Your gona be really hard pressed to make 400whp at 15psi out of the b16 the way it is right now.
So what I suggest is this tune it to 400whp conservatively on race gas (110+) than turn the boost down on the street and still drive around with about 300whp on pump gas.

The boost pressure is not gona matter much, your motor is semi built and with a good tune its nothing to worry about.
As far as the turbo goes the sc61 is a great one to go with.

the solid metal ctr pully doesn't provide any dampening for cranshaft harmonics, which causes bearings in the engine to wear out faster and its a lot harder on your oil pump.

Sure the the ctr is lighter but its not really helping you, so just do yourself a favor and slap the stocker back on or get the fluidamper.

I think it can be done 400whp pump gas. You need the right tuner. .

I thought the point of the pulley was so you didnt have to have harmonic damper on it. the whole bottoem end was balanced before the assembly. I think itll be ok. maybe ill learn the hard way.
