Default ITR rods on GSR crank....what rod bearings do I use? And will CTR pistons fit ITR rods without any m

I want to put CTR pistons and ITR rods in my B18C1. Do I just use the same bearings that the GSR rods use or do I need different bearings? And how do I know which bearings to use? And would I have to machine the ITR rods so the CTR pistons would fit?

thanks.

No you don't have to machine the rods. You have to use the P72 rod bearings. The main bearings are universally B-series.

I just replaced my rod bearings for my gsr rods....can I just swap them over to the ITR rods?

They'll physically fit, but the big-end bores of disimilar rods is probably different. Mic or plastigage the rod bearing clearances to ensure that it has the proper clearance.
