b18 Swap into EG Coupe question
Ok i had a 95 LS integra but it threw a rod and there were some wiring problems to the radio with some cut wires... and a dent in the rear quarter so when i threw the rod i said the hell with it and didnt want to sink more money into the thing.
Now , Im considering buying a 95 EX coupe with 120K on it... The SOHC Vtec motors in those things IMO are garbage... From my integra i have a tranny with 90K on it , Ecu, Front axles, Stage 2 clutch still in the box, Full Pulleys, in the box and a few other things... If i were to drop in a b18b would the stock civic front axles hold up well... or would i have to put in the integra ones... and would the fitment be an easy install.
I tried searching but havent found anything really answering a few questions i still had.

you need to use the integra axles... also some of the integra mounts as well as some of the civic mounts... it fits perfectly just like all bseries into civics... pm me.. i have a b18b in my coupe... ask any questions you want
yep i have one in my hatch and i can answer questions too and i have same coupe as well. u will need the integra rear mount as well. and if i were u i would buy a aftermarket .. drivers side motor mount they break alot.
why are the sohc motors garbage because they don't have enough power stock?
look at the potential of the motor there are alot of poeple on this site that have their z6 motors running 140-145 whp while staying na (and yes i know that is expensive to do) or you could could just turbo the motor which puts out a lot more than staying na, but it is also more dangerous it is all up to you what you do with your car.
that was just my 2 cents.
