I just did the same swap on saturday (well, into a hatch).
You will need integra axles and intermediate shaft, I used all integra mounts, integra shift linkage, engine harness, ecu. I used a stock eg airbox with an sir2 intake arm (same thing basically as a dc integra). You'll need the ls throttle cable, or maybe even a b16/type r, unless you want to concoct some sort of custom bracket. You might want to pick up some ball joint boots in case you rip yours. The honda part # for gsr boots is 51225-SR0-A01. I think that will also work on your civic ball joints. PM or email me if you have any more questions.

I did this swap also,
You need everything he stated. Also If your running power steering you need to modify the line. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=452785. I had to use the hard power steering line from the intergra that connects to power steering pump, then have a custom line made, Don't forget the resistor inside the intergra pump line. If you do it will lock you wheels up when you turn in an intersection. Happened to me. And use the bottom line from your civic. Make sure you modify the Intake Air temp. I think the guy explained everything else. Yeah I used my stock wiring harness as well. It's actually easier, because you can take the motor out and pull the harness and just plug it in, then if you have a vtec harness you can go LS-Vtec in the long run.
