skweeky crx , help a noobie out! (i searched)
my drivers side wheels is really skweeking bad, I thought it was the springs but i just got new ones (same shocks), and it happens Mostly when I turn. but when i hit bumps also, could it be a bushing? or tie rod??
help me out. it is anoing *** all hell.

yeah that is what my CRX sounds like right now... i tell everybody that my CRX is actually a WWII "half-track" or a Panzer tank lol. luckily i have a bunch of things in boxes ready to replace the worn out stuff.

I replaced all of the suspension bushings about a year ago and it squeaks bad so i dont know if replacing your bushings is gonna solve this. Normally i crawl under there and lube up as many moving parts as possible. Thats one thing about a honda suspension, no grease fittings.

jack ait up and try to jerk the wheel around.. if it moves.... got 'em

unless of course it's just because urethane bushings DO squeak after time unless you religiously lube them

You have a lower ball joint and and a ball joint in the tie rod end. They have cotter pins in them. Lower ball joint is where the knuckle connects to lower arm. Tie rod end connects the steering rack to the knuckle.

You can add these when you install the poly bushings.
