Default Alternator Belt Rubbing Noise

I just put a new alternator into my civic about an hour ago and it works but i keep hearing this rubbing noise coming from the engine bay. From what it looks like that the crank pulley has shifted and when i look at the crank bolt it to has moved, the movement caused all the belts to turn at an angle and be a little off track. What could this be? How do i fix this?
