Still too Low Voltage after new altenator and battery, a little help?
I've got a 2000 Civic Si with a built b16a2 with just about 4,000 miles on it. The car itself, along with the starter and all sensors, has 44,000 miles on it. My car started and ran great with constant voltage or about 13.3 (via turbo timer) about a month ago. But eversince then my car would start progressively slower, ie crank slower, untill about 2 weeks ago where it just didn't have enough juice at all to start. So everytime i've been driving my car, about a 1/4th of the time I've had to jump it. My volts jump around from about 9-11 on my turbo timer now, when it used to be constant. I haven't changed anything on the car other than a new battery and brand new altenator which was just put in 2 days ago. And now the car seems worse, it won't even crank at all. I don't think it could be the starter, cause i can jump the car fine.
No clue whats next to check out and hopefully fix. Main relay? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Battery terminals are looking great, no corrosion and secure like no other. Though, the positive terminal was somewhat loose for about a week, but i fixed that today, and it still seems worse. Car won't even crank, even after letting it run for 15 minutes with 10.0 Volts (reading from turbo timer). I'm so lost and confused
make sure all the grounds on the car are secure right. i put the ground wire located on the valve cover in the wrong place, and the charging system wouldnt work. once i corrected that problem, everything worked fine. try looking at your grounds. good luck/
Alrighty, i'm gunna check all the grounds. I looked at them earlier and couldn't find anything wrong or missing, but maybe i missed something. Thanks for you help and I'll let you know what happens
I hope its just something simple like a loose ground.

Sounds like the new alternator if not working, or the belt isn't tight enough. If it was working the voltage should be higher anytime the car is running.
sounds like the new alternator is bad.........its not charging.......replace it and charge up that battery before you put on the new alternator...

If you are installing the alternator your self. Check a couple of things before you return the new alternator. Get a test lite & check the big post on the alternator. It should be hot all the time. It comes directly from the battery. If it is OK then check the plug in at the alternator. It should have 1 to 4 smaller wires in the plug. At least one of those wires will be hot only when the switch is on. That is your field wire. It makes the alteranator start charging. Also DO NOT PULL THE POSITIVE CABLE OFF to see if it is charging that could possibly mess your ecm up.

ah crap, i totally forgot about that fuse. Is it in the engine bay, or in under the dash? I lost my dash fuse cover
And yeah, i think i'm gunna buy a tester to make sure the wires that are hot, are actually hot. I hope its not the altenator cause it was $$$. And i don't even think the old altenator was bad cause its doing the same thing it did before the new one, thats why i changed it
