Default Running Lean at WOT.

I have been driving my rebuilt engine for over 5k+ miles now and it has been fine untill recently. On WOT no matter what gear or RPM, I run lean. I can take a gear to redline at 25% throttle and I run fine (little rich actually). So the problem is only happening when I go more then 75% throttle.

What could be causing me to run lean on WOT? I already have a fuel filter being shipped since I have never changed it. The car has about 65,000miles. Let me know what else to look for.

Is it stock? I wouldn't push the car at all if it is lean.

Tuning has nothing to do with it. Like i said it was perfect untill the last week. Obviously something has went out or got clogged in order for it to run lean. Going to get it tuned and dumping a bunch of extra fuel in it isnt really going to fix the problem. Any other suggestions?
