ok guys, i have a b20b in my 00 civic, im currently using a H22 TB, and everyone so often when i park at a stop light, my idle will drop down to 500 and the car die on me, my currently idle is set at 900-1000, it drive normally no CEL or anything, the wierd thing is i used have a CRV TB and it work fine, but im having MAP sensor issue with that TB so i decide to go with H22 instead....help me out guys!!!

my car used to do that turned out my timing was really retarded. and running really rich

 

now that you mention it that way, i did advance the timing with my old ECU, should i do the timing? and put it back to normal?

 

check ur timing set to factory specs

 

Definatly check your timing. But just in case it's not that, one of my friend had to change out a little valve spring that went bad that controlled the Idle.
