DIZZY CAP??

DIZZY CAP??
have a 1996 JDM b18c_R, tried to change the cap/rotor and bought a 2000 b16a cap (no acura dealer here) and the rotor fits but not the cap. Is this normal? Are they different, thoght arrs had a b16 head so thought I would be ok but well NO!!
