battery keeps going dead, but no battery light
1992 Accord Ex.
My battery was not holding a charge so I bought a brand new one. Drove the car for about 30 miles and then the battery died while I was driving, but no battery light.
Do I need a new alternator, or is there a wiring issue with the alternator?

Could be the alternator. Not to be silly or rude, but are you leaving a dome or headlights on perchance, or some other electronic item?

The car will die while I am driving it....not overnight.

Oh when you're driving it? Sorry....I'm thinking yeah the alternator is probably the source of the problem...Pisser that happened to ya...
Make sure that no metal of battery terminal is touching under the hood. That happend to me when my one if my terminal screws were a little too high and touched under the my hood. It killed my battery and alternator.
