Just got a 93 civic ex coupe 5spd, got an intake, strut tower bar, and plugs, my D16 neeeeeds help......any ideas, not a lot of cash flow right now

oh yea...is a stock D16Z faster than anything...or am i screwed until i boooooost her??

I was going to ask the same thing.

 

Maybe he has more than one car? Therefore multiple headers.

just leave her like that until you save for a swap...or do some suspension work

 

do u have a decent pic of the car.. drop it first cuz it drives way smoother that way. and after that. u basically have the fastest stock made d series engine so its boost or swap i prefer swap.. good luck and have fun while doing it.

 

if ur boostin it...get suspension and brake work first...u dont wanna hit something with no braking power and no handling

 

Just do what the Flinstones do, cut holes in your floorboards and stop with your feet

 

save for a swap or boost it. dont waste money on i/h/e because all that money is basically almost your Turbo imo
