Default JUN2/ITR vs Skunk2?

Whcih do you guys think would be better? Would the JUN2/ITR combo have a better midrange and lose in the top end? Or would they be worse/better through out?

for the money, the Jun2/ITR combo is the best! Skunk2 cams are slightly more agressive than ITR's. On the dynocenter there is an ITR before/after S2 cams if you'd like to see the results.

Also, its not that big a differance in money. If you already have ITR cams then yes it would be a differance. But a JUN2 cam is $445 and a ITR exhuast cam is like $250 right? So around $700...that is what the Skunk2 cams go for.

I have the skunk2 cams with the skunk ecu in my 98 R and I'm pleased with the results. Stock idle, good low end as well as decent top end. Not a huge difference over stock judging by seat of the pants impression, but decent. No regrets on my part. Definitely recommend the ecu though or some form of tuning. Felt much better with their ecu and cams vs. stock ecu and skunk cams.

Im looking for nice top end (drag racing) but I dont want to lose all my mudrange either. I would like some cams with a powerband of 5000-7500...8000 max. I dont want to rev the engine to 9000 RPMs.

Im not VTEC yet, but close...next weekend I should be

Sorry, haven't dynoed yet-about 4 hrs away and haven't had time. Based on seat of the pants impression they feel good. I don't know how they stack up against the jun2/itr combo though. Feels like they peak around 8500. Made a noticeable difference when racing against my friends s2000 vs when I had the stock cams in. Another consideration is availability. I was planning on getting the jun intake cam but didn't want to wait several months so I got the skunks instead.
