i made the same exact whp with a drag kit w/ pump and regulator @ 7psi on a completely stock b16a untuned. the AF of course was not that great.. 12:1 up top.

Manifolds are just a plus... you might be leaking boost some where, put the boost gage up past the blow off valve like use one of the lines up there? just a shot in the dark I mean not 100% possitive if what I am saying will help.

My friend has a prelude and got the pressure off the turbo and by the time it got to the trottle was around 7psi from 12psi at the wastegate spring, and then we found problem and he has better numbers! but if that is the case you might need fresh tune again

I personally think that your low hp has nothing to do with that manifold. The design is just like inline pro, and ppl make great power on that. I think you need to look else where for the problem.

check compression, check boost leaks in bov/wg/couplings/gaskets. Thats what sux when you have a problem with a car. there are TONS of possibilities. But unless there is a crack in the manifold thats not the problem.

My friend just made 250 whp and 176 wTq on 9 Psi stock b16.
he only tuned with a VAFC so you should make more than him with S100

Its the .48 ar exhaust housing. Bolt on the .63 and it will free up some power for sure.
You should also check your wastegate dumptube. If you ar sucking in wasted exhaust gas from the wastegate you will lose a HUGE amount of power.

It's a b16. I feel your pain... Look at the #'s in my sig... I should be putting down more power.

There's no replacement for displacement.

I used to have the sc34 and it didn't make good power on my setup. I was boosting 20 psi, and only making a little over 300whp. I switched to a full-race t3/t67 stage 3 wheel .62 a/r and made 330whp on 14 psi. The #'s are still a bit low in my opinion, but much better...

I would think the BLOX mani would be so close to the inline pro in design that #s on otherwise equal machines would be the close to same...seems like the problem must be somewhere else....if there is a problem...

well the blox works great, it hold the boost really well w/ my turboxs manual controller and tial wastegate. i mean i just did a comp test and it looks healthy. i guess like i said b4 not every car is the same or motor.

What's wrong with a 12.1 AFR? Most tuners would shoot for that...
