yeah thats a secondary oxygen sensor..ive been having problems with mine since i swapped my motor..i bought a universal o2 sensor, ive just been too lazy to put it in. im bout to put my header and catback on so ill just put it on then.
it could be a bad sensor, or it could be bad wiring...i hope my sensor is just bad because i hate messing with hiring and ive already double and triple checked it.

well i dont even know if im running two. i mean if i dont have a 2nd one will the CEL come on? also should i just take the heat sheild off and check if i have to or can u guys tell me without having to do that? (sry im lazy)

permanent proper fix is to run the second o2 sensor.
ghetto fix is to splice the one o2 sensor output into BOTH ecu inputs.
that's what I did and my **** runs great, no CEL, but still flashes codes 1 and 2.. been doing it for 2 years, still running strong. Supposedly you can't get into closed loop mode, but when I put my old LS trans back on the thing I was getting 37 mpg on the highway, soooo..
also, supposedly when you do it this way two of your cylinders run a little lean and two run rich. I forget the explanation as to why, but you can fix that by just resetting your ecu every couple days.
find a JDM b16 4-2-1 header, and your problems are solved..

so are there any differences between the 2nd o2 and the primary? if not can i just pick up a normal o2 sensor for the motor?

when i had a b16 i never ran a 2nd o2 and never had a code for it either...i know a lot of ppl that dont have it...are you sure you dont have the 2nd o2 wired up...if so just put the 2 o2 wires together so they are both reading from only 1 o2 sensor

Nope. I got 25 mpg obd 0 with one o2 sensor. Getting 25.5 mpg obd 1.

and 25 is what its supposed to get?
hmmm..
b16 trans?
is the o2 sensor that's in there brand new?
I was doing the same thing and getting around 22-25 depending on the driving.. but then I put in an ls trans and shot up to 30 city, 36 highway. I know it sounds ridiculous, but i really got 36 from VA to PA going about 90mph the whole way with 1 o2 sensor. Was sweeeeet.
I always thought the setup with the o2 sensors working properly was able to get 32 highway/28 city w/ b16 trans.. could be wrong.
EDIT: oh and my car is a 91 integra LS
