Installation of IM cause ilding really messed up
well this is my second post for help in this channel...im sorry if you here already but help me out ill thank u ton of times
i installed the BLOX IM in...procedures
1. i clean all the left over of the old gasket on IM and TB and replace with new gasket with proper torquing
2. all sensors (IAT, SIAC, IAC, MAP, and on next to MAP sensor) are in the right places....and all hoses vacuum...no sympton of leaking or vacuuming
3. ECU reseted,
i got ilding problem...no engine check...idle at 2200 back to 1,200 and up to 2,200 again kept doing it....
one sympton i found is my fuel injectors during disassemply they came out and really hard to put back into the fuel rail....there are gap between injectors to fuel rail and injectors to IM's gommet (circular seals)
can injectors gaps cause the problem of idling?
please help thank guys

If there is a vacuum leak there it could cause it. Check your other post. I threw some ideas there and maybe a way to find out what the problem is.

yes, it would be no different than a missing/loose vacuum hose. Remove your entire fuel rail and injectors setup. Re-oil the o-rings, and make sure they are all securely sealed against the intake manifold and injectors. I am assuming you checked all the other obvious signs of vacuum leaks (hoses, sensors, bolt torque spec, gaskets, etc.)

well i refilled coolant and squeeze the upper hose to radiator and lower hose ....until it can't get anymore coolant in....is that how you bleed it?

What year? Does the engine have an air-bleed screw for coolant? And air also likes to hang out in the heater core - set temperature to full-hot.
Did you use new seals for the injectors? Old ones are probably hardened with age & heat, so that might be a vacuum leak.

Starting fluid will ALWAYS tell you where your vacuum leak is coming from. Do it while the car is running. You'll notice the idle raise.
