I have a 94 cx hatch and i put in the ex tilt column and it has the intermitten switch for the wipers but only the low and high works , how do i make the intermitten work?

 

i believe you have to change the wiper motor

 

no you don't need to replace the wiper motor, but you have to find an intergrated control with build-in intermittent wiper relay, and swap it out with your stock one. the unit is located behind the under dash fuse box.
