Default HFP Civic Sedan?

I've got a '03 Civic EX MT sedan, completely stock. I'd like to firm up the handling. Obviously, new tires are in line. I'm thinking Yokohama AVS ES100s. But as far as the suspension, I want to stay with Honda parts, so my questions are: Will either Civic coupe HFP or current gen Si struts and springs fit on my car?

As far as HFP parts, I know Honda has been strict with application and stingy with quantity, but I just saw that H and A Accessories is selling HFP Accord suspension component sets. Is anything similar available or expected for the Civic?

Because they suck.

Ground control coilovers with koni yellow shocks will stiffen up your car.
