98 Civic - what's wrong?
Hey! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help tell me what's wrong here.
My civic's speedometer is reading 0 and the emission control light is on and all the lights on the car are going in a cycle dimming then going back to full. I unplugged the battery to reset things and it seemed fine for a few seconds then the light kicked in again and it was going through the cycle all over.
