How does your LSD equipped tranny feel in bad weather? Does your car feel safer since you put it in?

hell no becaues of lsd i ran into a curb. LSD is very nice to have for driving on dry roads but when its wet and you going through a turn and you accelerate alittle just alittle both wheels will break loose and you will understeer into something. If you didnt have lsd only one wheel would break loose and you could steer with the other. LSD is good tho just dont be stupid like me and drive to fast with it. I was excited cuz i just put my motor in and it had just rained.

that sucks. you said it happened right after you swapped your new engine in. do you think it happend because you hadn't learned the new feel of the car yet, especially in the rain? also, do you think you were in need of an alignment?

i'm not trying to be a toolbox, but i'm just kinda skeptical since your bad experience happend right after you swapped. i think there's too many factors to blame your accident on the LSD tranny.

people with LSD please chime in.

oh i have experiance with the engine and the lsd. i just took it out for a rebuild. it does have more power then before but not more then i can handle. It is nothing go get your lsd just dont be stupid and gas through turns in the rain like me. I didnt need alignment either. oh and my tires were kinda running low which probably is a big factor too.

I havent driven it in the snow yet but I have driven in the rain many times. I have a Kaaz LSD and honestly I dont notice a difference. I'm not pushing my car in the rain so I rarely lose traction anyway. LSD in dry weather is a whole 'nother story
