Default P0122 code on 2000 accord

hi everyone, im new here. i have a 2000 accord that just threw a p0122 code. i thought it was just an intermitent thing so i cleared the code and went on driving fine, however the code came back after about 20 minutes of driving. the code says its "Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Low Input", im assuming that theTPS is bad, but the TPS needs to be bought with the whole TB. any help or insite here would be great. thanks alot

Low input probably means the voltage presented to the ECU is below expected value. A faulty TPS or wiring problem (short) or poor connector contacts could cause this. Check wiring and clean connector contacts.

TPS is not replaceable on many Accords and is sold as unit w/ throttle plate assembly($$$). Used part may be best bet, if it's the TPS.

good luck
