Plz helpp

I have an honda accord...when it stop, the rpm kept on jumpin up and down from 0-1500rpm until the engine warm...can someone tell my what parts that i need to be replace? thank you very much..

SOUNDS LIKE ALL MOTOR.... ahahahha jp.. yeah check for those leaks... peace

IAC valve needs to be adjusted.
