more jdm ef9 help

Id first of all like to thank you guys for all the answers you gave yet i have one mor question. Would you assume that the car is stolen seeing is how he doesnt have it registerd and could i tralerit just to shows or drive it at the race track?

Do a carfax..
There's a free carfax in the classifieds forum..

You cant assume the car is stolen because its not registered..
My car isn't registered and it's not stolen..Doesnt even have plates..I just cover it with a tarp so the police dont mess with it..

Call up your DMV and find out how to register it before you buy it..
