Default Firing order & clutch cable

Two questions:

This is a JDM B16A paired with a Y1 tranny

1) Where does the clutch cable hook up to on the transmission?

2) Which cylinder is #1 and what is the firing order?

Ok I guess that was three...

The clutch cable connects to the release fork on the front. The cable sheath goes on a bracket on the transmission.

Count cylinders starting at the timing belt. Firing order is 1 3 2 4. For the distributor, start at 1 at the bottom left, and count clockwise.

Great, thanks!

One question about the clutch cable though - Now I've found where it goes but when I hit the clutch the assembly comes undone... is there any one who could post a pic of what a properly assembled clutch cable looks like? Would really appreciate it.
