Input Shaft Bearing?
What are the consequences of not changing you ISB when it goes bad?
I've searched and have found nothing.
I know I should replace it but right now I don't really have the time b/c finals are coming up and I work a lot.

Well, when it goes 'bad', you'll still be able to drive on it with some clicking and whirring. When it 'fails', you'll wish you had replaced when it was 'bad'.
If the race comes apart (the thing that seperates the *****), life will suck. This did not happen to me though - when I replaced mine, it looked intact. Give it a spin, doesn't sound toooo bad - spray it down with some Brakleen - yep, quite clear that its bad.
I also had a second bearing fail in my D tranny - the one on the opposite end from the ISB. Now that bearing was DESTROYED. The ***** had begun flaking which was luckily collected by the magnet. Driving around sounded like the tranny was going to straight up explode.

If the bearing fails, you face damage to the mainshaft and to the transmission case itself - if not more internal parts.
So basically, if you don't want to hose your transmission, replace it.
