Default H22 into acura cl

Ok I am trying to fix a swap fora freind.
I fixed pretty much everything I could see wrong.
Its a 99 Acura cl with a obd1 h22, I switched the dizzy wiring over to obd1.
I wired the injector ressister box.. yada yada ...

OK so The problem I am having is , I got the car running really good.
It drives nice, idles nice.
BUT The check engine light stays on all the time . Go and try to check the codes and there is no codes . It just stays solid ?
Any one have any Ideas.
It had codes before that I fixed , now It just does this after I fixed it all ?

Not sure about H series in CL's but on alot of Hondas, keeping the service connector connected keeps the CEL on...(or grounding out somewhere)

Also usually when an ECU has a fault and cant diagnose it,you condemn it because it cant tell you whats wrong with it via codes(code 0)...Hopefully the ecu doesnt have a fault with its own diagnosis ability

well the ecu is good because it does the same with other ecu's.
There is not vtec. everything else is the way it should be .

check engine light- no codes
no vtec.

are you sure your running the correct ecu. if it throws no codes and has no vtec that could be your problem. i also no that my OBD1 swapped accord the ecu will not output the codes threw the service connector i have to jump the connector under the dash and the CEL will flash the codes.

I am jumping the one under the glove box. It gave me codes but I fixed them all.
Now this is what I have left.
I was working on it the other day and I think the power wire for the dizzy got grounded out. Now I have no power to the dizzy. I was looking for bad wiring, and I think it some how touched somthing and grounded it out.
Any help would be great .
Thank you
