Default steering problem

i own a 93 accord and after hitting a small pothole today, power steering is gone.
how do i confirm what is wrong with it and to fix?

the symptoms are: steering takes alot of effort to go either left or right at low speeds. it takes less effort at higher speed but more than without power steering.

thanks.

It could be a couple of things. But, maybe you bent something and it is binding and preventing you from turning the steering wheel properly. Best thing to do is to take it to a shop. No one here can visualise what damage that bump did to your car. Sorry...
