H22 TB on D series IM.
Did research in this way. Have the D16Z6 manifold and some TBies in the shop. Then I find out that H22A2 TB perfectly fit on Z6, Y8 intake manifolds. All water chanels fit too. Only difference is in bore. Z6 and Y8 must be resised for h22 TB inside diameter. Same time the H22 can be resised too for beter air flow, then IM can be modifided.
I did not mesure the stock diameters of TB and IM, try to do that today.

Pretty much common knowledge.
Don't waste your time measure the tb, you can probably take a second and search for "TB Sizes" and will tell you the size oif the TB in questions
BTW..damn near all Honda Automotive throttle bodies are interchangeable
