Default Erratic idle w/ Skunk2 intake manifold and chipped P28

What's going on guys. I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem that I've been having w/ my 2000 gsr. I am currently running a skunk2 im w/ a stock p72 ecu. When i change from a p72 to a p28, my idle is erratic w/ the p28. I know for sure that the P28 is not messed up because I tested it out on different cars and the ilde was cool. I changed my IAC valve and checked for any vaccuum leaks and everything appears to be fine. I've tried to adjust the idle, but still no luck. With my stock ecu, my idle is fine. If anyone has had a similar problem or knows what I should do, please help.

Another problem that I've had w/ the stock ecu is that I keep throwing a cel 14 and an abs code 81. When I have these two codes, my car runs like **** and feels as if it is struggling and wants to die. The reason why I'm trying to change to a P28 is because the Skunk2 intake manifold is not made for the stock ecu.

did u replace the throttle body gasket?
i cleaned out my throttle body a few weeks ago and i didn't know that i was supposed to replace the gasket cuz im we tawt ted. neways if u unbolted the old throttle body from the old intake manifold and put it on the new intake manifold and didn't replace the gasket then I AM POSITIVE that this why ur car sounds like it has a heart beat.

replace it.(throttle body gasket)

What kind of program are you running on the P28 chip? A bad or poorly tuned map will lead to erratic idle. I've had this happen to me. Also, the newest version of Uberdata has idle control feature. Some programs(like race programs) neglect to have any decent cold air idle characteristics programmed in.
