stupid question, how to change 3rd brake light bulb.95 hatch

stupid question, how to change 3rd brake light bulb.95 hatch
Plain and simple. I removed that plastic piece below the brake light and I could see the socket, but no way to change it. Also, how do i remove the wing? its on a 95 civic hatch VX. I searched and looked in my manuals, nothing.

where at? I didn't see anybolts, except the ones to remove the actual brake light, then there where only two.

I had a hard time with mine. I do remember removing the hatch spoiler and just squeezing the red lense though the opening.
