okay first off how much of a performance tire size can u get out of a 13">>>
and if u still bended on getting better braking out of the current set up u could just get slotted rotors, street peformance brake pads, upgrade the brake fluid, change the rear drum to disk, steel braid brake lines, change out the prop valve to a 88-89 TEG 35/40, and a brake stopper for the master cylinder......
if I left something out feel free to add on guys
