Whats up people?

My 88 HF w/ b18a isnt starting... it used to but now it doesnt.
I just spoke with my mechanic back home and he told me to get a volt meter and make sure that the battery is at about 13v and then to put another ground from my engine to the frame and to check the alternator belt to make sure its not loose.... any other suggestions?

all the electrics turn on and the relay clicks and everything...it will jump start in a sec also

it might be your starter, your alternator... or just plain out you got a dead battery at your hand..

 

i forgot to put that i have a new red top in there....optima. how would i know if it was the starter?

 

First.. What do you mean by not starting?
