code 43 fuel problem!!

Default code 43 fuel problem!!

yesterday my car was idling and then just all of a sudden threw code 43 and it says fuel supply system. defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system. so what could be causing this?

try fixing your 02 sensor first. Most people fix it, and this code will go away. I have this problem, and the 02 sensor unfortunately was not the culprit for me, but hopefully for you that is all it is.

I was messing with the O2 sensor a while ago on my nissan stanza, and started it when it was off.. it threw it into safe mode and wouldnt rev past 4500rpms

well i fixed my O2 wires tonight, hopefully it does the trick, ill drive it tomorrow and let you know how its doing. One question, are you also leaning out on #2 and 3 also?

so i drove my car today and it seems better, my air/fuel guage wasnt reading lean anymore and the code hasnt gone on yet.

Check Gas cap (for pressure seal), gas pump, gas filter, clogged injectors, running on low fuel level? Over advanced ingnition? Octane too high? Spark plug temp out of range?
