Default Check engine light
p1457 keeps coming back.....so i erased it twice got tired of erasing it from autoZone so i took it to the Honda dealer 4 months later its back.....what should i check? 99 civic si stock b16

That code is the EVAP canistor. Check connections with it..

EVAP canister is that near the battery....i unplug the sensor i guess or harness thing adn plug it back in and check/replace all teh hoses/lines and still CEL is on....
