Im not really sure when i have to take my to emissions its a 99 civic dx with an obd1 ls swap i heard that if changed over from obd2 to 1 that im not going to be able to pass is this true? i have the obd2 to obd1 jumper harness with obd1 ls ecu blah blah tell me.

no you wont pass you have to swap back over to obd2 when you go
