well, built the block with all new **** and the head is completely stock after 120k miles. the motor ran great till it startted to get cold now it's using oil. about 1/2 quart per week. what could it be, i'm thinkin valve seals but i'm not sure. about 11.5 compression on this motor.

 

I don't want to start arguments, but how did you break it in? Try a compression test and a leak down test too.
