GD 2000 CRX Black Widow Special Edition QUESTION.
Hi, I'm in the process where it's time for the body kit installment. I have looked around for a couple of kits already. Since i need new fenders and a hood I been wanting to get a Ground Designs 2000 CRX Black Widow Special Edition Full body kit. Why? because it includes fenders and a hood. And it looks nice. I was wondering if anyone have install the GD 2000 CRX Black widow SE Kit before on a crx, if so, is there addition steps that you must do in order for it to fit? OR does it fits perfectly?
I have a 90 CRX. Thanks.

If you buy the real authentic kit, then it shouldnt be as bad wiht alignment. They sell many knock off kits, beware. The knockoffs come with a black hood most of the time. My kit was authentic, $1600, pricey but decent. Only the honda people dont like it, but who gives a **** what they think. I dont like the kit as much anymore, I like the real mugen kits, with the door skins now.

Eh, most people on here don't like body kits. I have one, I like the way it sets my car apart, but they can be a HUGE pain in the ***. Putting them on isn't hard, they don't come with instructions. You take off the stock bumper, put the new one on, mark the bolt holes, and then drill them out. If you get anything I would reccomend a poly front bumper at the least. I am still looking for a new bw front bumper b/c I cracked mine in the snow.
Probably the worst kit you could buy for the crx, also this kit is gonna cost alot in bodyshop time since you have to mold alot of it and that's gonna cost $$$. If you need new fenders and hood just buy some used ones and then get the WW kit or the new ViS JDM mugen replica front along with the rest of the replica mugen sides and rear and then just buy a cf sir hood or stock cf hood. You will save tons of $$ by doing that and you wont be ruining a perfectly good crx.

That's good advice IMO. Bodykits are a pain in the ***.
