Default OT: any mitusbishi peeps out there?

this may be a long shot but here goes...

a friend found a wrecked EVOIII that was imported as parts locally (i have few details right now so don't ask). we're both pretty clueless and are wondering if it's possible to transfer everything into a street-legal USDM dodge colt or mitsubishi mirage? are there any websites or shops that can shed some light on this?

Your in luck, but at the same time I reccomend NOT doing this, for reasons found in this thread of someone selling the exact idea you have in mind. It's also on ebay for 30k+.

Cliff notes: Problems with insurance, if you wreck it and hurt someone, they could sue you for misrepresentation of the car, laws are against it, blah blah list is very long...wait till '03 for the real ones.

If this link doesn't work, just go to http://www.i-club.com (subaru forum) and search the classifieds for "evo", you'll see what I'm talking about.
