This is the only thing I understood out of the entire post.
Can someone please translate this to English for the rest of us?
From what I gather, you put some gears from a JDM B16A's transmission into your USDM B18A transmission, then bolted your LS final drive ring gear onto a YS1 limited slip differential (I'm assuming an OEM JDM unit) and tossed that in too. However, your speed sensor does not work, and it sounds like there is a loose piece in your transmission. A mess of random information.
You neglected to tell us anything about the car (in relation to the speed sensor), which B16A transmission you got the gears from, which LS transmission you are using, and whether you even know how to assemble a transmission properly.

Messing with transmissions is not simpleton stuff. You can easily **** something up if a clearance isn't right, something isn't torqued properly, certain things that were staked are left unstaked, bearings are misaligned, parts are left out, or if two parts that don't work together are installed.
Take it off, tear it back down, and find what's making the noise.
