P28 ECU Burnig Up Q???

P28 ECU Burnig Up Q???
Help me Guys.
Heres the Prob.
I currently running a chip P72 ECU.
I Bought a stock P28 ECU and Plugged it in my ride and smelled the ECU Frying up!!
I then Used my Chipped P28 ECU that i was running before the P72 ECU...and notice it Burnt UP Also???
Can someone here Help me Figure out this Problem???

Do the ECUs work anymore? Are you throwing any codes now? Check to see if it's Q31 that's burning up... It's close to the ECU plugs on the board...
