Default EGT temps relative to A/F ratio

I was wondering if someone could either email me or have a link to where I could find a table that would show EGT's at a range of different A/F ratios? I am wondering on normal/safe temps for idle, normal driving, and WOT. I do understand the basics but would like some real numbers for tuning. I also realize that when in doubt... rich is better! Any information would be greatly appreciated.

FYI i think I posted the same questions to the poll section of this tec page. Sorry!

Thanks to anyone who volunteers information.
